The Two-Month Follow-Up Loop
Five touches that turn a no into a not yet, then a new offer.
For your business
Below is the loop you run with your own prospects. When someone you pitched tells you no, this is what you send them over the next two months.

Most follow-up stops at the first no, but a no is usually a not yet. The timing was wrong, the money wasn't there yet, or they had a question they never asked out loud. This loop keeps you in the conversation for about two months without ever being pushy, because every touch is useful on its own.
Send one idea that helps
Pick the exact problem they told you about and send one idea that helps with it. No ask.
"Thought of you after our call. If I were in your seat, this is the first thing I'd change..."
Show them the result is possible
A short video, a public example, or a before and after from your own work. Never a client's name without their OK.
Invite them to learn with you
A workshop, a short guide or a recorded walkthrough. Something that teaches.
One or two short, useful messages
Something you saw that made you think of them. A question about how it's going.
A new offer, in their words
Use what they told you mattered, not your sales page.
Your prospect says yes: onboard them the same day, while the decision is fresh.
Your prospect still says no: back to step 1 with a new idea. The loop starts over.
Automate it
Load the five touches into your CRM so they go out on time, and set every reply to pause the sequence so a real conversation never gets a canned message.
